Flow Computing

It is called flow computing because values spontaneously flow, interact and compute through a  network of  linked oscillations: a behaving structure in contrast to a controlled structure. It is not sequential, not synchronous. There is no clock, no flip flops, no global anything and no central anything, no encompassing state. Showing how it all works and why it is worthy of consideration is the purpose of this site.

While flow computing is  the native computation model of Null Convention Logic (NCL) the model scales beyond the logic level to computation in general.

We will show how NCL engenders the model of flow computation. We will present NCL and the model clearly and concisely highlighting its advantages and addressing common confusions surrounding NCL.

Note on browsers – someday I will get a real web designer and sort all of this out.

Everything works in Chrome and Opera, movies do not work at all in IE.
